Updated information about theoretical determination of the clock ratio locking.
The Engineering Area has been updated with the thermal and electrical specification for AMD64 processors.
Released Barton CRC 1.40. This version has been featured with locking identification for some new revisions of the Barton core. Also it identifies the latest Appalbred core (thanks to Alexey aka ra4pf).
The 2nd beta version of CBId 5.20 incorporates voltage detection for the Mobile K6-2+/III+ and recognition of the standard/low-voltage K6-2+/K6-III+ processors. The Mobility tab has been partly adapted for these models.

A new beta version of CBId has been powered with determination of the Newcastle core and includes a lot of fixes in the recognition of BrandID for Athlon 64. The ID-database has been updated with new OPNs for the latest stepping of the Opteron processor.
Minor improvement in Athlon64 3200+/3400+ determination has been added to CBId 5.10.
